What you record
Entries have scales and free text. Soft-delete exists because a rage-note at 3am is still data, but you may not want it in the default list.
How it connects to P&L
The point is juxtaposition: a green day with a red note, or the reverse. Replay plus a psychology row is how you catch “I knew and still clicked.”
