Trading journal
A trading journal is a first-party log of fills plus the context you will not get from a broker blotter: why you took it, how it felt, which book it belongs to.
What you log
Each trade stores symbol, action, quantity, P&L, commissions, optional notes, and the sprint it belongs to. Duplicate and edit exist because blotters are messy. There is no CSV-from-broker magic; that is deliberate.
Why sprints instead of “accounts”
A sprint is a time-boxed book with a starting balance and a goal. You can run more than one. Comparing books beats averaging a career into one win rate.
What the journal is not
It is not auto-import, not a prop-firm dashboard, and not a social feed. Community sharing is opt-in and behind login.
FAQ
Can I journal crypto and stocks in one place?
Yes. The journal is market-agnostic. You type the symbol you traded.
Do I connect my broker?
No. Manual entry only.
Is the journal indexed publicly?
No. Your trades stay behind authentication. This page describes the product, not your book.
